Return an item by post

We’ve made returns simple - and returns are free for UK customers.

You can return your order by post via Hermes ParcelShop and Royal Mail within 28 days of receipt.  Click here to access our returns portal, start a return and generate a returns label. You will need to input your order number and your email address linked to your online account. Our order numbers consist of 9 digits and start with “4”.

Once you have generated your returns label you have the option of printing the returns label. Alternatively you can download a QR code to your smartphone, which you need to provide when dropping off your parcel at a participating Hermes ParcelShop or Post Office. Click on either Hermes ParcelShop finder (select Pay, print or return in store option) or Post Office finder to locate your nearest participating shops.

We expect most parcels to be refunded within 10 days of posting. We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and processed.

Once you have received a refund confirmation email, please allow 5 working days for the refund to show in your account. If you are unable to locate the refund within this timeframe, please contact your bank/card issuer for further information.

Please retain your postal receipt until your return has been processed.
