Customers in the following countries can now shop in Euros on either our English Euro site or French or German language sites: ANDORRA, AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, ESTONIA, FINLAND, FRANCE, GERMANY, GREECE, HOLY SEE, ITALY, LATVIA, LUXEMBOURG, LIECHTENSTEIN, MONACO, MONTENEGRO, PORTUGAL, REPUBLIC OF IRELAND, SAN MARINO, SLOVAKIA, SPAIN or SWITZERLAND.
Customers from the US, MALAYSIA, SINGAPORE and THAILAND can shop in local currency.
If you cannot find the country you live in within our site selector tool at the top of the site, unfortunately we do not currently deliver to where you live. We are adding new delivery destinations all the time so please check back soon.
OTHER INFORMATION:
All orders are shipped from the UK. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.
We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been despatched.
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship to BFPO addresses.

- 1st January 2020 - New Year's Day
- 10th April 2020- Good Friday
- 13th April 2020 - Easter Monday
- 8th May 2020 - Early May Bank Holiday
- 25th May 2020- Spring Bank Holiday
- 31st August 2020 - Summer Bank Holiday
- 25th December 2020 - Christmas Day
- 28th December 2020 - substitute day for Boxing Day
