We expect most parcels to be refunded within 14 days of posting. We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and processed.
Once you have received a refund confirmation email, please allow 5 working days for the refund to show in your account. If you are unable to locate the refund within this timeframe, please contact your bank/card issuer for further information.
